STZDC-1 Vibrating Hammer
Used for compacting asphalt in the percentage refusal density test and for the compaction of proctor and CBR soil specimens. Using this appropriate tamping foot it can also be used for compacting concrete cube or beam specimens.
Vibrating hammer is developed by using high-frequency vibration technology, electrical control technology and mechanical finishing technology. It is mainly used for vibration compaction molding of asphalt mixture. The structure type refers to the vibrating compactor imported from the United States.
This method specifies the method of making bituminous mixture specimens by static pressure method for testing the physical and mechanical properties of bituminous mixtures in the laboratory.
Where the use of hydrostatic test specimens, the conditions can be used vibration compaction or kneading molding equipment instead of forming the specimen to the density of Marshall standard compaction test piece density of 100 ± 1 ℅ control.
